Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 3, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Miracle Coding website (“miraclecoding.com”) and any services offered by Miracle Coding, The Conscious Collective LLC, or Abi Levine (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Nature of Services
Miracle Coding is an educational and transformational coaching methodology. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, psychological treatment, or a licensed healthcare service. Abi Levine and Miracle Coding practitioners are not licensed medical providers, therapists, psychologists, or mental health professionals.
Our services do not involve the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, medical condition, or mental health disorder. References to neuroscience, polyvagal theory, quantum physics, and cellular biology on this website are for educational purposes and do not constitute medical or scientific claims.
Participation in any Miracle Coding program, session, or event is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a diagnosed medical or mental health condition, consult your licensed healthcare provider before participating. If you are in crisis, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency services.
3. Clinical Research Disclosure
Miracle Coding is currently under contract for clinical trials with the University of Texas at Austin. These trials are ongoing and results have not yet been published or peer-reviewed. Any reference to clinical trials on this website describes the existence of the research engagement, not validated clinical outcomes. No claim is made that Miracle Coding is “clinically proven” or “scientifically validated” until such time as peer-reviewed results are published.
4. Earnings & Results Disclaimer
This section is required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255, revised 2023).
Testimonials and case studies on this website reflect real experiences from real clients. However, these results are individual and are not typical. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific financial, health, emotional, or business outcome.
Aggregate financial figures referenced on this website (including “$2 billion in client results” and “$125 million generated in the first program”) represent cumulative documented outcomes reported by clients across all programs over multiple years. These figures are not individual results and do not represent what any single client earned.
Typical results: Individual outcomes vary significantly based on many factors including but not limited to individual effort, business model, market conditions, prior experience, and personal circumstances. Many clients experience subjective improvements in well-being and mindset. Financial outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on the individual's business, actions, and market conditions.
The “100% success rate” referenced on this website refers to 100% of documented 1:1 clients reporting positive subjective outcomes (self-reported improvement in at least one area of life). It does not mean 100% of clients achieve specific financial results.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in any Miracle Coding session, program, certification, or event involves personal development work that may bring up strong emotions, memories, or physical sensations. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You confirm that you are participating of your own free will and that you have not been coerced or pressured.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, methodology descriptions, frameworks (including “The Four Locks” and “Miracle Coding”), and all associated branding — is the intellectual property of Abi Levine and/or The Conscious Collective LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Certified Miracle Coding practitioners are granted a limited, revocable license to use the methodology and associated marks in accordance with their certification agreement. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Certification Program Terms
Graduates of the Miracle Coding Certification Program are authorized to use the Miracle Coding methodology in their own practices subject to the terms of their certification agreement. Certified practitioners must not represent themselves as licensed therapists, psychologists, medical providers, or mental health professionals unless they independently hold such licenses. Violation of this provision may result in revocation of certification.
8. Refund Policy
As required by California Civil Code Section 1723, our refund policy is as follows:
- 1:1 Sessions: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Group Programs: A full refund is available within 14 days of enrollment, provided the participant has not accessed more than 25% of the program content. After 14 days or 25% content access, no refund is available.
- Certification Programs: Due to the proprietary nature of the training materials, certification programs are non-refundable after 7 days from enrollment or after attending the first live training session, whichever comes first. A full refund is available within the first 7 days if no live sessions have been attended.
- Speaking Engagements & Custom Services: Governed by individual contracts.
Refund requests should be directed to miraclecoding@abilevine.com. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Miracle Coding, The Conscious Collective LLC, Abi Levine, and any affiliated practitioners arising from or related to your use of our website or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
You and Miracle Coding mutually agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, or remotely at the claimant's election.
Class Action Waiver: Both parties agree that disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. Neither party may bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exceptions: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Los Angeles County, California, for disputes within that court's jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
