I talk to so many people who feel like they should be further along by now.
And usually they fall into one of two camps.
You’re in a job that’s fine on paper...
but you know you have more in you.
More income.
More impact.
More freedom.
More of *you* that isn’t getting used.
But by the time you get home, you’re exhausted.
There’s barely enough energy left for the essentials, let alone reinventing your life.
OR...
You’ve built your own business.
You’ve had some success.
But you’ve hit a ceiling.
And whether you understand exactly why or not, you KNOW something has to change.
The problem?
You’re already stretched thin.
You don’t have months to throw spaghetti at the wall and hope something eventually sticks.
And underneath all of that is usually this horrible little soundtrack:
*”You should be further ahead.”*
*”You wasted too much time.”*
*”You made the wrong choices.”*
*”You should have figured this out by now.”*
Jerks. 😆
Here’s what I want you to understand:
**You are not lacking potential.**
You may simply have reached the limit of the patterns, decisions and ways of operating that got you here.
That’s different.
One of my clients, Don, came to me feeling exactly this way.
He’d been stuck in his job for a long time.
He knew he had more potential, but he didn’t have much time or energy left to figure out what came next.
And to make things even more complicated, he’d had bad experiences with coaches before.
He didn’t trust me.
Honestly?
Fair. 😂
So I told him what I tell people when fear and confusion get LOUD:
Check in with yourself.
What does your intuition say underneath all the noise?
Don decided to move forward.
Within a few weeks, he had doubled his income.
And a few months later, he was beginning to follow a completely different path—one that felt much closer to what he actually wanted.
That’s the part I want you to hear.
Sometimes the brick wall isn’t proof you’re on the wrong path.
Sometimes it’s evidence that the version of you who got this far has taken you as far as she can.
And something new is ready to be created.
You’re not behind.
You’re at a turning point.
