I love science.
My logical brain LOVES things that make sense. 😂
I love understanding how the brain works.
I love neuroscience.
I love evidence.
I love being able to look at something and say:
**Okay. There’s a reason this works.**
My ego feels VERY comfortable with that. 😆
And...
I ALSO LURRRRRRRVE magic.
I love the moments that don’t fit neatly into an explanation.
The weird timing.
The unexpected opportunity.
The thing that happens and makes you stop for a second and think:
**How the hell did THAT happen?**
I’ve seen those moments enough that they don’t really surprise me anymore.
But they still make me giggle.
They still make me curious.
They still remind me that there is so much about life we don’t completely understand.
And I don’t think I have to choose between the two.
I can believe that your brain has patterns.
That homeostasis can pull you back toward what feels familiar.
That old beliefs can influence what you expect, notice and do.
AND...
I can leave room for awe.
For intuition.
For possibility.
For things unfolding in ways I never could have planned.
This is why my work has never been about forcing everything into one box.
I want to understand the mind.
I want to work with the nervous system.
I want to clear the patterns that keep people stuck.
And I also want to leave room for the parts of creation that still feel a little magical.
Because honestly?
Life is a lot more interesting that way.
Science gives me understanding.
Magic gives me wonder.
I want both.
