Before I reach a certain threshold in my business, I always feel like there’s a bunch of secrets that anyone who has reached that level knows, that they are refusing to share with me. I feel like there’s some exclusive club (they probably meet at a fancy club house at an uber expensive golf course that I couldn’t get into) that no one has invited me to. MEAN!

But… it simply isn’t true. It’s one of the many stories we tell ourselves to reinforce our own inferiority and instead we try to totally over-complicate stuff.

So my gift to you, is to show you that things can be much more simple than you are currently trying to make them. HA! You’re welcome. 😂

12 Minor shifts you can make:

1) Focus on one thing.

My coach says always says he has never helped or heard of someone getting to 7 figures in a service based business who has more than one offer. Let alone more than one business. (He helps people scale to 7, 8 & 9 figures). When I met him, I had 4 programs within my business. I picked my favorite, and put the other three on the back burner. It’s not that I will NEVER get to them. It’s just that I will build my favorite to where I want it to be consistently ($1 M) before I switch to the next one (which is looking like this year 🎉🎉🎉)

2) Know your divine client.

I realized that my divine clients are metaphysicals just like me, which means that they are socially conscious and spiritually aware. This type of person (a.k.a. me) does not like to be sold to. They also do not sign up for something unless it feels intuitively right, and they like to spend a long time sitting on the fence getting to know someone before they make a financial commitment. Usually about 3-6 months, but often… years. This gave me full permission to stop trying to sell anyone anything, and allowed me to shift entirely on adding value, teaching what it is that I know, and helping as many people as I am able to.

3) Nobody cares what you think about the results that you help create (this only applies if you feel like you can’t take credit for the results of your clients).

All they want to know is if you can get them where they want to go.

This came up because I was embarrassed to talk about my clients making over $135 million last year, after working with me (especially because most of them came to me making less than $5K a month). I knew I couldn’t create that. It was God, not me. But I realized that I was the conduit through which God could work, and it was okay to talk about that.

Talking about I’m about my results has made a night and day difference in my business, in my life, and in my confidence as a coach. It has also helped me to synthesize that I am definitely among the cream of the crop in my industry as far as results are concerned.

4) There’s no such thing as giving away too much information for free.

People don’t pay you for information. They can go on YouTube or Google and get the information they want for free. They are paying you for your attention and time. Most people feel misunderstood, unimportant and unseen. Working with you makes them feel seen and like someone cares about what happens to them. This is so huge! Once I stopped trying to decide what I should and shouldn’t say in my marketing, it gave me full permission to show up as the real me.

5) Intimacy.

People want to have a conversation with you. They have lots of choices, but you have an advantage over many of the leaders in various industries because they are so unavailable. When you can actually be available to talk through questions and issues that are coming up for people (without ANY expectation that they will pay you money), they will love you for it. As soon as I realized how vital this piece is, I started making myself available to respond to as many comments and messages as I am physically able to.

6) Overgiving blocks your universal in-flow (aka your money, honey).

The ratio is up to 10-15% of your time, money or energy. If you give more than that, you are going to get stopped up. I was WAYYYYYYYYY over-giving, with any chance I got, but I realized it was actually draining me, and my business was slowing down. As soon as I started observing this 10-15% suggestion, my business doubled.

7) Make it easy for someone to learn about you

I used to think (because I was told multiple times) the only way to get someone to spend money with you is to be mysterious and withold info about your program, to get people on a call. 🤢🤢🤮 ICK! I was trying to be a good student so I followed orders but I got to the point that I just stopped booking calls.

Then, I decided to just create a little video going over who I am and what I’m about (from my iPhone btw, nothing fancy), along with my prices so people could know right away whether they are capable or even interested in working with me or not. It saved both of us a lot of time, and it saved them the awkwardness of feeling baited into a sales call when all they wanted to do was just get some information.

8) KISS! Keep It Simple, Sillygoose.

I simplified my system so that I have one product, one opt in, one email sequence. And it is AWESOME! 😅 I only run a couple of retargeting ads, so my ad spend is around $50-$75 a month.

9) DELEGATE!

I made a list of all of my favorite things to do in business, and found a way to delegate everything else to my awesome VA. She loved the extra hours and I loved giving them to her, lemme tell ya.

10) Make intuition-based decisions

I don’t have time to go into what is happening physically in our universe right now between time condensing and dimensions folding into each other, but suffice it to say that intuition based decisions are going to be the ONLY thing that keep you close to your path.

Logic is going to be totally screwed. ALSO, it’s all very well to learn from someone who has done what you want to do, but they don’t know what is best for you, your business, your life or your family, so take in what works for you and integrate it in your own way, and ditch everything else. After spending a few thousand dollars (or … ya know… $75K + like I did 🤣🤣) you will realize that once you know the basics, there’s no one who can help you put it together better than your own intuition and the REST of the work will be on your own mindset.

11) Don’t do stuff you don’t want to.

I had to stop forcing myself to do something I didn’t feel like doing. Since I’m not lazy, if I don’t feel like doing it, it’s either because I’m exhausted, or because I’m going through resistance. Either way, it’s not going to be helpful for me to just push through. I need to either rest or take a look at what my resistance is so I can heal it and keep expanding and moving forward.

12) SURRENDER

Did you know that the universe is infinitely abundant AND will grant every wish that you have? But we don’t know the “how” or the “when” of it - that’s not up to us.

I realized that the easiest way to really get what I wanted, was to fully surrender to the path that is already laid out, and get in aligned action with what my intuition tells me to do, ask for what I wanted and be patient with the “how” and “when” of when it is delivered to me. This freed up so much energy that I was using to worry and try to control how things unfolded, that I could just put back into my life and play more instead.

So that’s it, babe. It may SOUND like a lot of stuff… but actually you’ll notice that it’s more about STOPPING doing a lot of stuff that’s not working and getting into surrender, trust and intuition-based decisions coupled with aligned action (which means you hear a voice telling you to do something within your business… and then you actually DO that thing). Hope that helps!

Good luck! You’ve got this ✨✨✨
